Competitive Dance is a popular, widespread activity in which competitors perform dances in various dance styles before a common group of judges. Dance Conventions are regional, educational events hosted by professional dance instructors at dance conventions. They are usually experts in the field of dance and are either currently working in the industry (ie: music, videos, films, commercials, industrials, concerts, Broadway, etc...) or have in the past.
